Her wellbeing influences everything from prenatal development and daily routines to emotional regulation and coping patterns. Children intuitively absorb a mother’s state of being, learning how to relate to their bodies, emotions, and the world through her. When a mother is supported, balanced, and nourished, she creates a foundation of safety and harmony that naturally extends to her children. This understanding is not about blame, but about recognizing that caring for a mother’s health is one of the most powerful ways to nurture the wellbeing of the entire family. Today, I turn another year in the calendar of my l Today, I turn another year in the calendar of my life and as I reflect upon my life, my choices, and what I have created, I feel gratitude, joy, peace & freedom 💗 “I am proud of you!” You can be proud of yourself Mama! Even if it’s just for keeping your baby alive & well Even if it’s just for loving them and making them feel safe Even if it’s just for showing up with your presence Even if it’s just taking the time to connect with them on their level Even if it’s just meeting their every need all day long and through the deep dark hours of the night Motherhood doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need anybody to give birth. You were p You don’t need anybody to give birth. You were perfectly designed to birth. God created your body for this purpose and his design is perfect. Trust, surrender and faith is what the wilderness journey of birth will require of you to carry you through peacefully. But nobody wants to do this alone. We need support, we need to be surrounded by a safe support team. And you get to choose who you invite in your birth space. If you choose not to invite anybody in your birth space. That is ok too. As long as all your decisions are conscious choices. And you are fully prepared for it all. You’re delivering your baby. No one else is.
